Congressman Tom Marino learned more about the conditions of his the general public on Wednesday, Feb. 22 when he visited a local foodbank in Lycoming County.
Marino made a stop at Son-Light House, 130 Carpenter Street to help distribute food items to individuals and families in need who qualify on income guidelines designated by state and federal polices.
