HARRISBURG – Legislation aimed at directing funding for the repair of Commonwealth highways damaged by Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee in 2011 was approved by the Pennsylvania House of Representatives this week, announced Rep. Matt Baker (R-Bradford/Tioga), author of the legislation.
