Montoursville - Roads & Bridges Magazine named the recently-completed Route 15 project in northern Lycoming County as the top project for the magazine's Top 10 Roads list.

The $60 million project, which took three years to complete, included five miles of new southbound lanes and an upgrade of the existing northbound lanes between Trout Run and Buttonwood. more»
