Motorists in northern Tioga County are advised to be alert for a lane restriction on Route 287 near Elms Tavern, near the intersection with Route 15 in Tioga Township at this hour.

Ice has jammed up beneath the bridge over Mitchell Creek, forcing water over the roadway.

PennDOT is sending equipment to the scene. more»
