Close Encounters--with Birds of Prey at PPL Preserve

What can you do in the middle of winter to shake off the winter blues? How about attending a public program at one of PPL’s environmental preserves in Pennsylvania?

On Saturday, 167 people did just that at the PPL Wallenpaupack Environmental Learning Center in Hawley, Pa.  They were there to catch rare, up-close glimpses at some beautiful birds of prey.  more»
