Ronald Clinton Richart, 68, of 199 William St., Muncy, died Saturday, February 5, 2011, at Grandview Health Homes in Danville.

Born April 13, 1942, in Muncy, he was a son of the late Harold Clinton and Hilda Mae (Lyons) Richart.  He and his wife of 50 years, the former Beatrice E. Smith, were married November 12, 1960. more»
