Montoursville - Here's an update on the Route 6 Bridge at East Troy following last Thursday evening's crash. The bridge was closed for safety reasons and detours implemented.

Montoursville - Motorists in western Bradford County are advised that Route 6 remains closed at the truss bridge over Sugar Creek at East Troy.

The detour for larger trucks follows Routes 14, 414 and 220. Passenger vehicles may use the local detour on Route 14, SR 4014 (Springfield Road) and SR 4017 (Leona Road). more»

Route 6 Bridge at East Troy Closed Following Crash

Montoursville – The Route 6 truss bridge at East Troy in Bradford County is closed tonight as a safety precaution.

The bridge was damaged in a crash earlier tonight.

A detour is being set up between Mud Creek Road and Leona Road in Troy Township.

PennDOT will have a bridge inspection team on-site at daybreak Friday to assess the damage.

TROY -- The 4-H/FFA Goat Roundup was held on Friday, July 31 at 9:00 A.M at the Troy Fairgrounds in Troy, PA. Thirteen 4-Hers exhibited 51 goats at this year’s Bradford County 4-H Goat  Roundup. 4-H Rabbit Show Winners

The first annual Bradford County 4-H Open Rabbit Show was held on May 1 at the 4-H Building in Troy PA.  30 youth and adults from Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna and Wayne Counties exhibited  over 100 rabbits at the event. Many rabbit breeds were represented including Belgian Hares, Flemish Giants and Hotots. The winners were as follows:
