PennFuture files notice of intent to sue to enforce Douglass Township solar energy zoning law

(Philadelphia, PA - February 15, 2012) - Citizens for Pennsylvania’s Future (PennFuture) today gave Douglass Township (Berks County) 30 days notice that PennFuture intends to file a lawsuit on behalf of its clients Mark and Julianne Noonan against their neighbors to enforce the municipality’s solar energy zoning law.
