Penn College Names Lemasters Full-Time Men’s Basketball Head Coach

The Penn College Department of Athletics has named Chris Lemasters the new head coach of the men’s basketball program. Lemasters served as the interim head coach for the second half of the 2011-12 season and becomes only the second men’s basketball coach in Wildcat history. “He performed excellently as the interim while bringing a much-needed energy and excitement back to our program,” said Scott Kennell, director of athletics. “Coach Lemasters’ past experiences enabled him to provide excellent leadership and guidance throughout the second half of the season. Because of his efforts, I have decided to elevate him to our next head coach.”
