Biography

Anita A. Baird was born in Frankfort Germany and moved to the United States as a child. Quickly shedding the "military brat" title and growing up as a "retail brat" she resided in many towns in the states of NY and PA. Permanent roots were set down in the Williamsport area in the early 1970's.

Graduating from Loyalsock High School, and attending WACC (now Penn College) in the Hospitality field she also worked at the family owned Kelly's Basket in downtown Williamsport. After that, over a decade as a Library Assistant at the James V. Brown Library, very brief stints as a pussy willow bindler and a USAIR clerk she has worked the past 9 years as a data base cataloger for a local book company.

Her hobbies include, but not limited to are baking, reading, writing, kayaking, bicycle and motorcycle riding and picket fence admiring.

Being adventurous, free spirited and an animal lover she shares her life with Tank Baird and numerous pets in a white cape cod style house that will one day have a picket fence in the front yard.
